As per the client's brief, the house should let in lots of natural light  throughout the day and have a spacious double height Living and Dining with Open Island Kitchen . This was achieved by strategically placing the courtyard with a sky light , which also gave added advantage of privacy to their Dining and Kitchen at the same time connected visually to the Living.Open well stair with glass railing added grandeur to their living
